Man

When Man is rich he looks handsome, sexy, fully attitude person loved by everybody but the same Man comes down in his life financially , and then he looks bad, ugly, no attitude, and person without the goal in his life. He does not have responsibility. How come he can change so much drastically in his life?

The same man he was responsible, handsome and loved by people, change so much or the change in the people thinking about him.

Is the man status believed in his wallet or the thoughts of his? This might be the reason why luxury brand says “the rich person will always look handsome” and somehow I like this line very much.

How mad is multitasking

Before started writing this, I just thought is this that important in my life right now, but then I thought I have not done anything different in my life apart from routine stuff so let me do it

Right now I am witting this keeping lot of things in mind, getting some of my clients jobs on time so that I can deliver, I have some finical problem as the collections have not come on time, tomorrow morning some household jobs need to be finished has ramzan is falling on Monday. Nowadays I started reading the books I have been thinking I have not completed that book need to compete, mind is varying that next week plans of action what should be already

Until and unless if I don’t do two things I feel that I am wasting my time in life and doing nothing like, I get up in the morning get my 9yrs darling ready to school same time I have my morning tea, read newspaper as soon she leaves to school I realize that I have not had my tea with full satisfaction and did not read the paper properly. I come to office get the client’s calls, colleagues come with there doubts try to do all at a time but what ……….

Multitasking is not only killing my brain but also its giving me the frustration on the jobs i do.

Henceforth I have decided that I will concrete one job at time, and I have called this operation, focus operation that is, to perform one activity at a time. And just as important, I’ll stick with each thing for more than my average 30 seconds. I’ll be the most focused man in the world

New Life New Beginning.

Every time when we start something new we leave old, I have shifted my house to new luxury house, the old house memories is still in my eyes what a feeling it is, fights, love, affection, party’s in that house, might be this new house look great but to adapt this new house it will take long time for me. I always had the feeling why should we need to change. From school to collage and collage to work and in work from one office to other. But some how I understand that change is refreshing in life but what about the old should we forget it or just keep it as our sweet memories in life?

Driving Senses

I have my own doubt on this about does people have it or no? The person who says that I am highly qualified, well placed in one of the largest MNC in the world, earns big fat money per month drives the most luxury car in the city, does not have driving senses.

I was riding down to meet my client in bommsandara, as when I reached kodul gate I have seen one person playing high music in his car and driving rashly, just thought one more rich person with his dad money enjoying his life to the core. But as when the car passed by me I have noticed very surprising thing that is parking sticker, that is from biggest MNC who makes computer.

Again we were able to meet up at traffic signal and I could overtake him and left him back but he drove so fast that he could catch me in no time. As we all know in this rainy season water get stuck on the road because of our road conditions, and all the riders were going very slowly so that water wont get spill on others riders, but our friend does not bother to that and drives his car as fast as possible even noticing that there is water stuck. All the riders had to take that pain of water split on them. We all tried catching him but we could not stop him because of his car horse power comparing to our bikes horse power.

Do we need to think that our dear friend does not have driving sense or what? ………….
Which is big question mark to me …….

Irish Chocolate Whisky

Usually lot of people say you should not change your drink or take risk in drinking something different other then your brand. After Saturday (15th of Aug 2009) night I felt we should try out something different other then our brand.

As usually, I was getting prepared to have my drink on Saturday night and I got to hear the call on my phone, and that call was from my wife friend saying she is treating all her friends so she invited me too to join the party in sliver metro. I tried to avoid the party because I was not in the mood but she forced me to come down so I had to go, got ready and left to the venue. As and when reached I see all her friends have all ready jammed up to drink like fishes. Meet everybody and got steeled in one place and called the waiter to order. I though of taking my regular whiskey but somehow I changed my mind and asked tequila, the waiter took the order and came back with empty hands saying its not available, fine let me not try anything different I thought and asked him to get my regular whiskey and the greatest part is that he comes with empty hand saying even that is not available, got totally pissed out of the thing and started cursing that lady who has invited me to this stupid party in which you don’t get what you what and asked the waiter to get me diet coke. He comes back with starters and started serving me and asked me something very quietly which I could not understand anything I said what ever you saying get that, he comes back with one sexy figured model shape bottle in his hands and he gave it to me. I was total zapped to see that sexy bottle and asked him what is this he said read it, I read label its was written has Irish Chocolate Whiskey, I thought something like breezier or something like that and asked him to serve me one large. He served me in small glass and said you need to drink this drink in same manner like tequila, I just took the first shot and realized its was chocolate taste, i took second shot still nothing great I asked for the third one and this shoot took me everywhere. Fourth and fifth shots my god I have realized what chocolate can do after five shot. It was awesome I really don’t have and idea how could have ride back to my home with that kick, oh freak, the hangover is still there ………… my god. Eventually I felt that we should try something new so that you can experience the best.

Ace has completed 1year.

Ace has completed its one year in the business on Aug 2nd; it was very interesting and fantastic to run this agency. When I started this agency I thought it’s very easy to drive the agency but as when the days were going I have realized that it’s very tough to run the agency.

First and foremost thing is to get clients to your agency and make them understand why they need us then any other established agency in this competitive market and second thing is finance, this is something which is really tough to handle. All my years I have been working for some other agency and taking home the salary is different ball game and now heading the agency in which you are the responsible person for everything from pin to elephant is a really very difficult task. Working on all this things and then keeping your tempo to run the agency is most difficult task. I still believe that the hurdles are not over and ace need to face more and more hurdles in future. abhi film baaki hai mere dost.

I am very great fully to all my family, friends and team members especially (Salil, Saj, Wasifa and Poulami ) who were there with me in all my odd times and supported me and ACE. More then me I think the all credit goes to them for this completion of one year.

I can only say happy birthday ACE.

Advertising agency

What is advertising agency? Some says we are building brands and some say it is glamour industry where you can see models and shoot with actors happening life for the people who work in the agency, everybody has their own opinion but what exactly is advertising agency?

Advertising agency is nothing but taking lot of pain to make one ad and get that approved from the godfather (client) of the agency. If that ad gives the response or no from the target audience but still the godfather has given the instructions to do the ad agency need to do it. For what, for peanuts what agency earns compare to the godfather business turnover, a very small bit. Either it is TVC or print ad the agency earns less then what godfather makes money in the market.

They are some mad passionate people around the world who starts the agency and run them with the passion and they are people who work in the agency with full passion and take home peanuts compare to IT professional, Marketing Mangers and VP of the corporate companies.

This is what I feel about advertising agency, after putting 10yrs of experience in this ad mad world.
