The year 2010 which started with awful but ending up wonderfully. The year 2010 was an eye opener in lots of things professionally and personally.
Professionally
Once you become the entrepreneur there are lot of things which need to be handled, not only getting business from clients but talking to them on same pitch of business and handling team with a different mode, when I was working I could leave things after some point time to higher ups but now it’s my business, here I am the higher up and executive till you have complete team. Nice to be in different kind of roles but it’s very difficult to manage it also. This year 2010 I have got all the expertise to manage things, yeah still I feel some things are lacking in me to become a bunty peerboy the role model in my life. Hope neither fully one nor other day I might become like him at least 50 to 60 %.
Clients: let’s see how far this new agency can run then we will get associated with his business that’s what first things come to any clients mind. or the client will give very less business to check how we can deliver for some time, this what happened to me with all my clients, either they said no to me or we will see little later, this what answer I have got but some of the clients whom trusted me and started giving some business when I started the ACE but in this year they gave complete business to us. This was first break I could get after long time and then new clients coming on the board and old clients giving more and more business. The business from the clients had made ACE services on the rocking form in 2010.
Personally
The friend whom I trusted blindly, that friend when gave me zor ka jatka dheery sa laga then things started going wrong in my life might not be his/her fault but it took lot of time to recover from that jatka. Not only spoiling my personally life but also I have become sick to other friends then I realized, and some of my friends who have supported me and got me out from that jatka. I am actually thankfully to all those friends and including my sweet daughter who supported me.
This year all my friends have done great in there professionally and personally in their life actually some are reaching heights in their career. I am really very happy
Looking to have nice party today night and say good bye to 2010 and welcoming the 2011……………….

Hero
salute to great hero
every day we read news paper and every time we read some blast or some scams news has headlines. but today amazingly not on headlines but at least on front page you see something interesting, TIO wrote about the sniffer dog which helped police dept on several cases and the dog is no more. today newspaper made Varun(sniffer dog)a hero. might be govt not required to give any major money to his family but at least, if they can keep the pic of varun in the dept. i feel that could be great.
why can't newspaper talked about this kind hero's very often and when they are alive in there articles?

Sinus = “Sin –u – Suffer”
The “Sin –u – Suffer” is called Sinus, its wont allow you to sleep, drink and work the biggest fucking problem anyone can have it. And I am the victim, suffering with this problem from last 2yrs and taken all those tablets which are meant for this on earth but nothing happened and tried surgery and waiting for results
Last week I undergone with surgery and puncturing the nose for this problem.
Friday evening I got admitted in the hospital and undergone all routine test for the surgery and had my dinner and went to sleep thinking that tomorrow is D day and unfortunately the AC don’t work because of some stupid connection problem had a very bad sleep that night some how managed to grab some sleep so that there will no issues in surgery.
Saturday
Good Morning Raj with one sweet smile a nurse drop in the my room saying what happened u have not got ready yet the doctor is waiting for you in Operation theater,
That line of hers excited me I told her chalo I am ready she says hello you need to get ready first you need to have clean shave and bath wear a new gown then we will come and pick you in stretcher ok get ready fast and we will come by 8.30 and take you and that’s what I call halal cut after that got in theater seen some colours thought I could flirt with them but unfortunately they put me to sleep fullyyyyyyyyyyyyy sleeeeeeeep
After 4 hours of sleep I got up they say hello we have done your halal cut not you cant drink or eat anything till 5pm and seriously guys my throat was drying up so badly like I am in deep Rajasthan deserts and no drop of water to drink its like hell.
As our films always thought us that end will be good but my end is still suffering with lots of pain in the nose and problem of breathing but doctors says it will be over very soon and that soooooooon when will it come, need to wait and watch like one fully faltu tele- serial. So I am also crossing not only fingers but even nose that when this “Sin - u – Suffer” will go from my body.

Friend’s friend’s friends
On Sunday night one of my wife’s friend have come over to have drink with me at my home, as general topic usually raises when we are at drink, he just raised the topic of friends, he was telling us that how his best and child hood friend is not in touch with him after his new Girl friend came in his life.
Is this usually happens or no, I really down have the idea but what I feel is relationship are made for us like we cant choose our parents or siblings but we have the right to choose our friends on whom we depend upon when we really need them might be in our professional or personal problems and those friends whom we think we can depend upon leaves us at that time its pains a lot which I have seen in his words how much its pains. Might be in our fast moving life we usually forget that someone might have this opinion on us too and thought that we are that friend and we could not be there at that movement. can we go back to them a say I am there for u we might not solve all their problems in there life but attest we can give back there confidence. I feel that wasting our time in doing Farmville or any other gaming in social networking sites we need to check out our old friends whom we really forgot or lost in touch with them and be in touch with them who know what time who requires who…………. But in this case I am really lucky to all my best and good friends always there with me to support me and give me the confidence in my life to do something and also encouraged me in my life. Whatever I am today apart from my parents credit my friends are there and I am really gratefully to them. but I really don’t know if I was the person whom some of my friend has thought that I am the guy and I could not stay with him at that point of time ? lets do it lets us pullover our old memories and search for them might be they need us...........

Hi guys
You must be thinking that what happened to me why I am not writing anything,actually yes I could not pen down anything from long time because of official and personal pressures, I very will know that you guys must be missing me a lot…….
