Boss

Being the boss of your company is different ball game all together.

The day when ace started that time i had a dream that i will be coolest boss to ace employees but after being in business for 3 long yrs, i have realized that my world has changed completely, no gossip, no chit chat, no dutch daru, no sutta sharing and no fun with your colloquies even though you want to be free with them and do all this things with them but they will not allow you in their company, because they fell boss is boss and he is always a different creature in the office who come from different world and he is the biggest alien in the office who has a control on everything in office but he is from different world so don’t mix up with him. What a bullshit ra but yes when i was working even i was the same.

Getting used to do all this kind of things took 3 yrs of life and understand that i am the boss i can’t mix too much with employees fuck what a life ra, apart from meeting your social and close friends they will not have much fun in the work sometimes really it’s boring da, it’s like one machine who coming to work and leave home, max sometime talking on some different topic or client brief there won’t be much fight on brief as they say boss is always right so no fights. Boss is not always right, boss does not know everything under the sun, boss is not a different creature, fell like shouting my throat out but i can’t.

Some things which i have learned in these 3yrs
• Keep your attitude under your ass or shove it in your asshole
• Don’t show your frustration on your employees
• Mix with your employees but not too much because if you are male and your
colloquies is female then it’s like either u r hitting on her or she is hitting on
you and that’s the biggest bullshit to happen or vice versa
• If it’s same gender then they say that fucker is too close to boss he will get lots
of benefits from boss
• You are not suppose to behave casual with your employees
• Dressing should be up to mark one day also u can’t be lazy
• Mind your lang don't use any kind of bad words
• Prescription of employees boss know everything either you know are no you need to
pretend or if you don’t the idea then get idea about the subject that you know
about the subject sometimes really sucks ra but no other option in life dude.

This might be the reason i think some of my earlier boss were humble and nice to people and kept themselves away from their employees.................

Trying to break the old fashion but don’t know how much i can succeed in this initiative or i will also become same as my boss.

3yrs of ACE

On 31st July we have officially celebrated our 3yrs anniversary it’s was great fun with ace team and friends who have been supporting ace. Everyone was congratulating me for completing 3 long yrs in business but i know how these 3 long yrs have gone in this business. Without the support of ace team, family, Salil and especially aarti who have been getting disturbed by my calls in the nights without them all this could not have been possible.

Thank you very much too all those people who have supported me and gave those wishes to me.

Don’t you think guys it looks typical speech of any actor who take the award? Completely Bollywood istyle.

Achieving the heights becomes mandatory now for ACE.

1st day

From last 2 to 3 months huge pressure from work has put me off from writing, its just the excuse but yes i did not have any major things which i could share on the blog.

Today being the 1st day of my bachelor hood so warped the official,personal work and meeting parents just thought i will write,been to a friend party yesterday night felt nice meeting new people had some fun. lets see how this days 10days will go.
